WPA is anxious to support its clients with the problems posed by the
Year 2000. Rigorous testing of its software offerings for Year 2000 Compliance
found that they will continue to correctly recognize and process date and
date related data in the transition from December 31, 1999 to January 1,
2000 and beyond. February 29, 2000 is also recognized as a valid date. In
the event that any Year 2000 problems do arise, WPA will provide full warranty
software support for a period of one year regardless of whether the products
are still within the original warranty period. Such warranty support shall
include repair or software fixes as necessary to address a Year 2000 problem.
WPA has also received Compliance Acknowledgments from its key outside suppliers
of Fax Boards and Conversion software modules.
