Faxes can now be sent and received from your workstation with only a few keystrokes and minimum effort. Leaving your work area to deliver and/or send faxes becomes a thing of the past and faxes can be in process within minutes from inception. Sending voluminous faxes, or many faxes to multiple recipients, becomes as effortless as sending a one-page fax to one recipient. Received faxes may be routed directly to users without requiring them to perform the routine tasks historically offered by office services personnel. Fax Administrator Network Facsimile Servers are sold and delivered as completely integrated solutions with all software and Dialogic GammaLink facsimile boards already installed and operational. User hardware decisions are directed toward the class of server ordered (i.e., tower; desktop or rack-mount cabinet style); quantity and type of facsimile boards installed; quantity of users licensed; and the various configuration decisions related to successful implementation. The customer also provides their preferred network interface card (NIC) and software at time of on-site installation, if applicable.
